I contacted Carly and the lovely team at Helloworld when I needed help booking my South East Asian trip after receiving very poor service from another agency.

Carly returned my call promptly and made me a last minute appointment with the amazing Ash. Within minutes of my meeting with Ash, I knew I was in excellent hands and I could feel the stress disappearing. Her years of experience in the industry shone through as she spoke to travel companies, enquired about discounts and negotiated better deals than I could have expected. By the end of my appointment, Ash had booked me a longer trip, had me visiting more countries, engaging in more experiences, with discounted flights through reputable airlines, more comfortable accommodation and all for the same price as substandard trip the other agency was offering.

We make travel plans through Helloworld CBD Toowoomba, they listen to what we want, give us options when travelling, accommodation, airfares, transport is never a problem. When in trouble they are contactable 24/7. We have travelled UK ,Europe, Japan and have done several cruising trips, everything is always sorted, just pack a bag and off we go. They also love feedback from when returning from a trip. Highly recommend.

Leah is amazing, I would highly recommend her. She takes the hard work of compairing travel and accommodation deals, listens to what you want and suggests things you may have not even thought about. We reciently went on a family vacation that was booked through Leah at Hello World, unfortunately we came across a hick up (totally out of Leah's control) on day one. A quick phone call and 30 mins later the problem was resolved, leaving us to enjoy an amazing holiday! Like I said she is amazing!!!!! I wouldn't use anyone else.
