We met up with Isabelle ? a.k.a KIWI great hospitality, a good vibe and for a small town she brings a BIG heart to the place.
The food was delicious, and the portions were fit for a king.
Welcoming environment, staff were nice and service was great. ?

Awesome local pub. It'd been a while since I'd had a steak and this place didn't disappoint! Really generous serving sizes. The team was very friendly and accommodating.

The food was delicious. Such generous sizes too. You certainly don't go away hungry.
All the staff were friendly and attentive, with empty plates and glasses cleared away quickly.

Awesome experience. We ate here 7 Dec 2022. Loved the atmosphere and food - Delicious and hearty servings. Super friendly staff and there's also an outside area out the back and downstairs. Highly recommend. Thankyou for a lovely lunch.

Meringandan is such a quaint little town and you can easily see why the hotel is such a big part of the community.

Relaxed vibes, great food, good sized portions, friendly staff. You have the option of eating inside in the open planned dining room or out on the deck.

We really enjoyed our visit.

This rustic road stop is very busy and popular with locals and "townies", the food portions are massive so make sure you go hungry! We love the area so much we decided to build there so this spot will be our local!

Has been a number of years since our last visit. Food was amazing and huge huge meals. Decent prices. The service was extremely friendly and welcoming. Nice choice of indoors and outdoors with a bird avery onsite too. Also it is a MUST to book ahead. They are that busy!!
