I had booked international tickets here before, so this time I decided to book domestic flights within Australia through them without checking for any fees. After booking, I realized that the tickets which could have been bought for $470 were charged at $600. When I called to ask about the extra charges, they finally informed me about the service fees. This is extremely unscrupulous.

In January 2020 bought 6 Korean Air Line tickets to travel in May to Toronto stopping over Seoul. In March Digital Travel handled my refund process free of charge. Refund received in early July. During the 4 months wait I have called a few times. The agent returned my phone call every time and explained to me what was going on. I must say I am a very happy customer compared to those who are still waiting/fighting for refund from other travel agents. I will be sticking to Digital Travel in my future travel. Highly recommended. Good price, good service, what more do you want.

Very good experience to handle Eva air strikes situation. The travel agent called us at 11.30 pm to rebooked our air tickets with other airline immediately so we returned to Brisbane without any troubles and long delay. Thank you!
