Mate imported a $10000 BBQ from the USA to Brisbane. We were told to pick up from Brisbane, we're on the Gold Coast. Turned up and they couldn't find the BBQ. Eventually they realized that it was in Sydney and hadn't been shipped to Brisbane. To their Credit they arranged to deliver the BBQ to the Gold Coast at no charge. A good result in the end . Remember that when someone makes a mistake. Give them the opportunity to fix it . Yelling at them achieves nothing.
