Absolutely faultless service from first contact booking in, to receiving my pup after transport from Darwin to Brisbane. Lolly was obviously well cared for in transit and shook off the whole trip with ease and was back to her perky self as soon as she got home. The follow up call the next day to check how Lolly was doing was a lovely, appreciated touch. Would definitely use Aeropets again if needed, and will certainly recommend. The team workshopped multiple scenarios to ensure we were receiving the best price and more importantly, best experience for our pup. I live in Victoria and whenever I visit my parents in Western Australia, Ripley the bichon frise comes along - mostly because "Grandpa" would rather spend time with her than with us. ? She has taken 7 flights with Aeropets and she is only 3 years old! Every time Aeropets are brilliant to deal with. The service is smooth, they take great care of Ripley, they are kind to her, and she always has plenty of water. Ripley flies Virgin as the cost to fly Qantas cargo is crazy expensive compared to Virgin. My previous dogs also flew with Aeropets and always excellent service.
