First of all, I cannot say enough about how perfectly our wedding turned out and that was because of Nina! She is organized, wonderfully creative, has incredible attention to details, and had so many amazing ideas to make our wedding day perfect! She was there every step of the way! From troubleshooting issues that came up, to being super supportive, collaborating and expanding on ideas, and helping us plan a wedding that was truly spectacular. She also has so many contacts to amazing vendors! Our flowers, cake, photographer, decorations were all so perfect, I am still in awe. I would hire Nina again in a heartbeat, we literally could not have done this wedding without her and we are so grateful for all her help! If you are planning a wedding, I highly, HIGHLY recommend Nina and Meadow Road Events! She will help you make your dream wedding come to life!!

Nina is amazing! She was our rock all through the wedding planning process, making sure we had every i dotted and every t crossed, all while being such a calming and comforting presence. Within the wedding industry she has so many amazing contacts, which made picking vendors so much less stressful. During the rehearsal, Nina was so organized and professional, keeping everyone on track to get everyone prepared! On the wedding day, I had a bunch of decorations that needed to be brought in and set up from custom signs, to flowers on the tables, chairs, and entry, to a custom picture guestbook that had instructions and Nina took care of all that setup perfectly! I couldn't have done it better myself. And afterward, she helped coordinate packing up all those things (I didn't even realize it until the end of the night when I went to go gather things and she'd already packed them up neatly for me!). I can't even begin to imagine all of the other things Nina did in the background without me knowing, keeping my wedding day stress-free! I highly recommend Nina and Meadow Road Weddings and Events and am so grateful to her!

Nina with Meadow Road Weddings and Events is an absolute gem! She is incredibly kind and wonderfully organized. I worked with Nina on a BEAUTIFUL wedding this July. It was festive, colorful, and fun! I had not worked with a Planner who was as communicative, flexible, and thoughtful, as Nina was, in quite a long time. A a wedding vendor, those qualities in a wedding planner are pure gold. We love Nina! We are a full service venue with catering, beverage, florist, and venue. Nina was the wedding coordinator at a wedding last weekend and really "gets it"!
