Rachael was an absolute pleasure to deal with since our first consultation!
She was there for our every beck and call and brought a beautiful calm reassurance and loads of advice when planning our day.
Our day couldn’t have happened without her team and it was seamless, beautiful and so well organised. So much so her beautiful staffed helped to pack our set up throughout the evening to ensure we didn’t have to go back the next day to pick up.
A beautiful team inside and out and would highly recommend to anyone planning a wedding!!

We asked a difficult task of Rachael and her team, to help plan our two day wedding and they delivered!! What a weekend it was. Rachael was the best and kept completely calm while trying to organise the chaos of a very eventful Nigerian wedding as well as our second wedding the next day. Everything looked amazing and ran so smoothly 🙂 we could not be more grateful to her and her team. It was everything we wanted

We recently had our wedding in September 2023 and Rachael and the team pulled off the perfect day for us! From the amazing vendors she suggested, the organisation before the wedding, the dinner the night before and the actual day - all phenomenal! We had ours at a private property so had to bring in every thing and no detail was missed by Rach. We always felt like everything was under control and the calming presence of Rach and the team made us really enjoy the day. I couldn’t recommend more, they are simply the very best at what they do. I’ve already told my husband we will have to book them again for our 10 year vowel renewal haha. ?

We booked day of coordination for our wedding and had an amazing experience! Their wedding planning platform was incredibly helpful and they were able to answer all our questions and worked seamlessly with our vendors.
They set up our tables perfectly as we'd described and photographed and were on top of all the little details. Importantly, Rachael was such a calming presence on the day, reassuring me and making me feel there was no rush before the ceremony and supporting our guests.

Rachael and her team were a dream to work with. We instantly clicked when we first talked which is why we went with her. She has such a calming nature, nothing is too hard and she is a great sounding board if you have ideas, or brings plenty of her own. You can tell she's a total pro and it showed. The lead up was super smooth, and as two people who have worked in the events industry it could've been hard to let go of the details, but she made it so easy to as she had everything under control. On the day she was like a magician and would appear instantly with drinks, food, change of clothes - such a legend. Highly recommend!

I had my wedding in April 2023 in Brisbane, but as I live in London, it was mostly organised from overseas. I could absolutely NOT have organised the wedding without Rachael. She was constantly a calming and supportive presence, while also pushing me along at times when the timeline required. She was responsive to emails and went out of her way to accommodate the different timelines. Rachael dealt SO well with all types of personalities who wanted to be involved in the planning, but always made sure as the bride, I was put first. Her style advice is fantastic, she was right in every choice - especially where to spend money and where to save it. Any amount you pay for her services pales in comparison to the service you receive.
