Awesome day out Electric Mountain Biking with Ow-e. Good for all fitness levels, choose your own adventure! I felt completely safe and well guided on how to navigate my first time mountain biking. Attended riding safety course run by Training & Adventure Co. through work at Sydney Motor Sports Park. A great day with the right amount of riding exercises, time on the track and discussion. I got a lot out of having space to try some of the tips and tricks that the team suggested without having to watchout for other hazards on the public roads. Great way to refresh the basics if you haven't done any training since L's course and makes you elligible for insurance discount.

My wife and I did the 3 hr, Off Road Foundation Skills Lvl 1 training yesterday, with Adventure Co. Money well spent! Damien, the instructor was excellent, professional, well informed and great fun. Training was well delivered and tailored to suit individual needs. I recently bought my first adventure bike and after a couple of hours coaching, I was riding, cornering and controlling my bike in ways that I thought would take months to pick up. I couldn't recommend this training provider enough. 10/10

Thanks Ow-e for a brilliant morning out on the e-bikes. I enjoy Mountain biking around SE Qld but to test out an electric bike was a thrilling new experience and I absolutely loved the interesting trails around the Glass house mountains NP. I liked the laid back approach and the choose your own adventure style! 😉 The bikes were really comfy and easy to use, definitely recommend to other mountain bikers to level up your skills and try something new!

Took my mum on this tour on the weekend as a Mother’s Day gift. We absolutely loved it!! Such an awesome experience. The bikes were super fun, great trails to ride, awesome scenery and the instructor was a legend! Highly recommend.

I was given a gift voucher to participate in the Motorbike training course for my 48th birthday. Booking and using the voucher was easy, and there was information on how to determine which course to participate in, either Level 1 or 2. I would have enrolled in Level 1; however, I ride every day, and based on the website, Level 2 was appropriate for me.

The communication was great after I booked online and included information on where and when to attend the course. I live on the South side of Brisbane, so it wasn't a long ride to the training site at Mt Cotton.

There were staff to answer all questions, and I found everyone friendly, approachable and supportive. There was a large group of people attending, and enough staff to provide bespoke advice during the day, where needed. The staff were all experts, confident and kind, and made the day fun.

The location of the training at Mt Cotton was beautiful, it was a hot day, however there was ample shade, and food and drinks were provided. There were kangaroos, birds, goannas and other animals, which I loved.

There were only four women at the course, in a large group, I felt safe and included at all times.

The mix of talking and riding was in good ratio. I have been riding for 2 years, every day, and found the content helpful and I learnt some new tips.

I highly recommend this company for training; I will be back for another course as I don't think you can ever reinforce safety enough when you ride a motorbike. I am also looking at doing some off road rider training, as that looks fun!

I did a 2 hour, one on one session with Damien yesterday starting at Beerburum. I'm an absolute beginner with the off road stuff. Damien was endlessly patient with me and really delivered some excellent advice and knowledge. A really beneficial experience. In my view, fantastic value too. I will definitely be back for more!
