I completed my 2nd Camino in 2024. And once again I used Crossroads Travel. Jennifer and Quim are located on the ground in Spain and they were exceptional. My 500km Camino was curated to my specific needs and fitness. I walk solo and am 61 and Jennifer provided perfect accommodations and looked after all my luggage transfers with no problems. I met other pilgrims who’d decided to book accommodation as they walked and had great difficulty which detracted from their Camino experience. Jennifer and Quim were even happy to help them complete their Camino worry free! Jennifer looked after me from my landing in Barcelona to my start and back to Barcelona from my finish point which I know is a service unique to them and means I’m not trying to coordinate my trains. The absolute highlight of their service is that your walk and daily distances are dependent on YOUR needs, not some cookie cutter itinerary. And, the people you know who booked your trip are your actual on ground in Spain contacts who are always at the end of a WhatsApp call. In fact this year, as They were checking accommodations on Camino, Jennifer and Quim popped into a bar in a small town to meet myself (and Daniela who also booked with Crossroads) and say hi and check we were good! Jennifer and Quim really care about you and your experience! (Pic below!)

My friend and I used Crossroads Travel for our full French Camino experience in May and June this year 2024. Jennifer was like a friend, both before, during and after our unbelievable experience. Any phone call was easy, very personable, and nothing was a trouble. Our twin share accommodation was excellent and in central, easy to access places throughout the whole journey. We had one minor emergency which was dealt with by the Crossroads team immediately, which in itself was a testiment to their everyday 'hands on' availability for their clients. I couldn't recommend Crossroads highly enough and would use their friendly expertise for any future adventures.

Crossroads is the way to go if you want to do the Camino with peace of mind. All the accommodation that they booked for me were amazing... comfortable beds, yummy breakfast and with having the porter taking your suitcase from town to town, I had no worries at all and everything worked like clockwork!
