Great location, but the wings? A complete disaster. The habanero wings had zero heat or flavour and the chicken was so dry we were literally choking on it, the BBQ wings were just sad. Asked for ranch, got a “yes,” then a “no,” and eventually, a powdered dip that looked—and tasted—like it came from a chemistry kit. The ambiance is solid, but if you're here for the wings, you'll leave with disappointment instead.

This is a great place to spend with family and friends. The food was fantastic, good quality and didn't take long to arrive. Chips were delicious!! Beer selection is also quit good. Prices are very reasonable and affordable.
The staff was friendly and bathroom was cleaned. After lunch we were for a walk along the river and it was absolutely beautiful, with the yatchs completing the picture. Highly recommended.

For a fairly sophisticated looking hotel I found the staff a bit inattentive . Eg I stood next to my friend, he got served I didn’t at first the young bar tender ignored me and went to serve someone else until I spoke up. Also why oh why do you have staff going around in shorts. No finesse. No class. All young. How would a middle aged lady feel about wearing shorts if she was working there. Maybe you don’t employ many older experienced people. Come on you can do better than that. Get classy. It’s not a beach side pub, that I could understand. Train your staff more. I didn’t see one smile or a quick chat to a customer. Personality means a lot. Get in touch and I could give you some pointers.

We are not locals to the area, but we visit frequently. We always come for lunch, cold drinks, ice cream for the kids with their meals. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Beautiful location with live music, and relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Sometimes I bring the drone and photograph the area, as it is so beautiful. See you next time soon. What better place to spend St Patrick's day! Knowing it'd be crowded, we opted to arrive at the end of the lunch rush. Unfortunately, it was obvious that the staff were exhausted after that, our arrival and request for food met with short patience and an unpleasant supervisor/manager barking orders at a frazzled junior staffer, trying to help us. A good thing we'd had a snack before arrival, even our hungry bellies grumbled at the 1+ hours wait for food. No wait at the bar though! Lots of Guinness, the bar cleaned out of irish cider and most things irish! Despite the horrid weather, the band and later DJ made for a pleasant atmosphere to spend our day/evening!

I have been told forever to come to this place. I arrived on a Monday around 2.15pm. While it can seat, I would say over 100 people, including myself, was less than 10 people.
My service to begin was great, young lady served me, made my cocktail, took my order.
In the next 30 mins I watched 6 other people arrive, order & get their meals before me.
I eventually went to the bar to ask if they had forgotten me. I was told by the girl I originally was served by that they weren't able to find me.
5 mins later, my food came out. Pumpkin salad. The girl pretty much dumped it in front of me & said, "Yeah, they lost ya docket or something." No apology, nothing.
I'm pretty underwhelmed by this place. If they can't handle 10 people, I would hate to see what it's like when they are busy.
I ordered the pumpkin salad thinking the maple & cinnamon would be nice, however it seemed to be more cinnamon than maple.
Wasn't impressed at all.

Yummy fresh and hot food we enjoyed, thank u. Delicious sauces but could of done with a little more as we were having to lick clean. Probably too many chips, but maybe someone likes to fill up on chips!
Best atmosphere where we chose outside in sun, away from noise and protected from wind. So many spots to sit otherwise. Live music on and so nice of a venue. We will bring our friends next time.
