Hasmig was our Month of Coordinator for our wedding in June 2023 and we had an excellent experience with her. We were able to hire her not only for our month of coordination, but also for several meetings beforehand to help us plan in advance using her "pro on the go" option, which was so helpful. She is so attentive to detail - we showed up at our venue on the wedding day and didn’t have to lift a finger, because she kept everything running so smoothly. She took all of the quirky details we wanted to include (ie. our “tiki” bar set up, the fun props on the shelves, the tiki mugs and fairy lights on our tables, etc) and nailed the aesthetic perfectly. Thank you for everything Hasmig, you’re the best! ?

Jasmine helped my small synagogue plan our annual fundraiser. She was super responsive via email, text, and phone throughout the whole process and met several times with us. She was always game to run with our ideas and also provided creative input when needed. Budget-wise this was a smaller project, but we never felt that we weren't as important to Jasmine as an event with a large budget. I even got the sense that she got a kick out of finding discounts for us and seeing how far she could stretch our budget so that we would get the most out of our money. I highly recommend working with PlanitLA for your event planning needs, big or small.

We have collaborated with PLANIT LA as a vendor for several corporate events and couldn't be happier with the way Jasmine runs everything from start to finish. We are a live music company and unfortunately our technical and logistical needs are often overlooked and forgotten by most planners. Fortunately for us, Jasmine really takes care of her vendors and makes sure we have everything we need to perform smoothly throughout the day. Thank goodness I contacted Jasmine to help manage my party for 100 people. The first thing she did was schedule a meeting to review the contracts I had already signed.
She quickly pointed out that nine large tables at an event where we weren't serving dinner was silly. She reconfigured the seating to make it casual cocktail with smaller tables, couches, benches...very intimate.

She also arranged for security and managed the valet during the party.

AND IT WORKED!

Epic party and I really have Jasmine to thank for making the day of event completely a breeze for me (I did nothing but enjoy my guests and the music).

She also coordinated the vendors before and after the event.
Everything went smooth.

Hasmig of Planit LA is the most meticulous, detail-oriented, and thorough professional , and made all my Type A personality worries and concerns disappear from the moment we had our initial phone consultation. She was worth EVERY penny! She took our vision for our wedding and made it a reality. We hired her as a day-of coordinator, but she worked with me and my husband from the moment we hired her (almost 2 months before the wedding) to the day after the wedding with so much care and dedication. The day of the actual wedding, apparently a million things went wrong and she fixed them without me ever knowing or having to worry. By the time we went to the ceremony space everything looked flawless, and by the time we walked into the reception space, everything was exactly how we had envisioned it. She has also followed up since the wedding to see if there was anything we still needed help with. She is the sweetest person, and can absolutely be trusted to get things done. Our guests are still raving about our wedding, and we definitely couldn't have done it without Hasmig of Planit LA.
