By far THE WORST COMPANY to be allowed to be an NDIS provider, although what else could be expected from the NDIS than to allow this mob to continue?

Engaged for a specific service. The specifics of which negotiated and agreed to by both IDSS and the participant before the service was even booked, and IDSS couldn't even meet the agreed upon, critical, start time!

Then, to make things worse, when the appointment that the agreed upon service was meant to get the participant to was missed the IDSS SIL Support Coordinator that was managing that service refused to change the shift charge time from 8am to the actual start time of 8:40 am. Thereby attempting to charge for the 40 minutes that their support person wasted. An amount of approximately $42 out of the participant's NDIS funds!

The delay in starting the shift also caused the shift to run over time and therefore the vehicle got caught behind a vehicle accident where the highway was closed. That meant the shift went from 8 hours to 14+ hours and added 169+ kilometres to the cost. (1; kilometre = $1).

The IDSS SIL Support Coordinator was hell bent on charging me, the participant, for every cent!!! (So 14+ hours and over $800 in travel).

If you haven't already left them, or if you're looking at engaging them, run, run now and go to any other support facilitation company other than this company.

This "stunt" (attempt to scam my funding) has now cost them future income over the next several weeks, from me, of over $5500 as I would rather go without support than give this company another cent from my funding!!!
So run participants, and run quickly and far, from this provider.

Haven't really steared us in the right direction at all with regards to NDIS! not really on Parr for a disability support provider! Really upsetting considering that my uncle and aunty set up this organization. Board members not acting in best interests of clients anymore.
