Had a cracking day out with Nick and Rob in December 2020. The boys said it was a quiet day but we caught heaps of coral trout, job fish and a largemouth. The boat was big, safe and quick. They had all the gear and an excellent sounder with heaps of marks. I can highly recommend these guys for a day on the reef!

We had an amazing day on the reef with Nick. He's a superb host and fisherman. I highly recommend going on his Charter. We caught a huge amount of Nannygai and Spanish Mackerel, which Nicj kindly filleted and cry-vaced for us.

Nick is an experienced guide who planned and organised a top shelf day. He asked what fish we wanted to target and went about finding the fish. We felt he wanted to deliver a fishing charter for us. He helped when needed and catered to the skill level, of those in our group. He even shared lots of knowledge with our youngest, who is a fishing nut. Great bloke, great day. Worth every cent.

I went fishing with Nick at Cooktown Bluewater charters yesterday, along g with 4 other fishermen and Rob the deckhand. I can't fault them in anyway--we caught lots of fish mostly Spanish mackerel, nannygai and coral trout. Red Emperor too but they were undersized so lived for another day.
There was plenty of bait., plenty of space and few tangles (always an issue),
and Nick and Rob were both happy good natured people which doesn't hurt.
I will go out fishing with them on our next visit to Cooktown. Having done these sort of charters all around Australia and in several countries I would rate them about as good as it gets. Thanks for the great day if you read this!

This was an amazing experience, Nick was really helpful and shared his knowledge about fishing. I told him I wanted to target at least 1 mackerel and I got it. I had a great day and Nick was amazing.

I had a fantastic day out with Nick from Blue waters charters. He was helpful all day, we bagged heaps of fish, and it was fun all day long. Definitely recommend him if you're in the area.
