Jack and Storm at CYAROUND tours are amazing. We booked a half day 4WD tour in Litchfield National Park. Jack was incredibly knowledgeable about the region and all of the Top End. Would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to see the TOP End of the NT.

We booked a one day tour for Easter Sunday and although the 5am start was a bit daunting for a holiday, it was really worth it. Jack was waiting for us and the Land Cruiser was clean and comfortable. Our destination was Kakadu National Park for a boat trip on the Yellow Water Billabong and the rock art gallery at Buurungkuy (Nourlangie). The 3.5 hour drive passed very quickly with a quick pitstop for coffee and home-made blueberry muffins. Once dawn broke, Jack was pointing out all manner of wild life from wallabies, wild pigs, lizards etc. He explained how the land is managed and gave a lot of info on the flora and fauna. The boat tour is a separate company booked by Jack and we arrived in good time. With our trip being at the end of the wet season and the plains being flooded the crocs were out of site but there was plenty of bird life and stunning lilies which with a blue sky backdrop made for a great two hours (the boat also served iced water, essential as it was very warm). Next a drive to the rock art gallery and we decided to have lunch before exploring the galleries. Lunch was home cooked quinoa salad with chicken and was very tasty. We topped off our water bottles from the iced water cooler that was available through the day and headed for the galleries. The rock art was fascinating but the walk was very humid. We took spare T-shirts so we could freshen up after the walk which made the rest of the afternoon more pleasant. A short trip to the Nawurlandja Lookout gave us breathtaking views for very little effort. Then a drive to Fogg Dam Conservation park, with various impromptu wildlife stops on the way! Fogg Dam gave a chance to see up close a fresh water croc and many birds. We stopped at the lookout for afternoon snacks (again home cooked) before finally heading back to Darwin, getting back to our accommodation at 6:20pm. We absolutely loved the trip and would highly recommend this tour. Thanks Jack for an amazing day and thanks to Storm who booked us in and answered our many questions before the trip.

Our tour with Jack was Amazing! We explored Litchfield, had a delicious homemade meal from Jack & Storm, learned about the culture, and had a great day overall. Highly recommend!

We were in Darwin in October 2023 and two of the best experiences we had were the tours that we did with Jack - the outback pub safari and the Kakadu day experience. Prior to our trip both Jack and Storm were so helpful and quick in their communication with us. On the day of our trips, Jack picked us up at our accommodation and off we went. Jack is great - friendly, professional and obviously loves what he does. His knowledge of animals and plants is fantastic as he pointed things out to us as we traveled along. On the outback pub safari tour he took us to several places and at the Darwin River Hotel, there was the best steak to be had in many years. On the Kakadu experience the homemade food Storm had prepared for us was absolutely delicious.
We have done quiet a few private tours in other parts of Australia, and we think Jack and Storm have surpassed them all. We would absolutely recommend them without hesitation - and if ever back in the N.T. we will definitely be looking them up for another experience.

Beyond being a library of knowledge for everything Kakadu, the thing that struck me the most with Jack is how happy he is in his work. It's infectious, and really gave our trip an added and wonderful dimension. When somebody is as passionate as Jack is, it begs the question why. For me, his excellent narration of the culture, landscape, flora and wildlife of Kakadu served as an important reminder that we live in a remarkable world. Of course, Kakadu itself is bloody gorgeous.

In a logistical sense, he and Storm cover everything you could possibly have need for. From the food to the schedule, the level of care and customer experience are all exceptional. Thank you, Jack and Storm, for facilitating a really beautiful trip. Triple A+.

Hubby and I had a great day touring Litchfield National Park visiting waterfalls, beautiful scenery and being off the beaten track with Jack. Loved the small intimate group which was more like a private tour without the usual non stop commentary (no scripts here) so you were able to take it all in. We really appreciated his local insight with flora & fauna, great food and we were really looked after. He even had a great recommendation for dinner which we took and it didn’t disappoint. Can’t wait to come back to do the Kakadu tour with this company. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing day tour to Kakadu with Cyaround tours on our recent family trip to Darwin. Jack was so organised and accommodating and knew so much about the areas he took us to which made it so enjoyable. It was a very comfortable journey with great snacks and lunch provided. If there is a tour you should do in the NT, this is it! Jack is such an amazing person and I spent 3 incredible days in Litchfield and Nitmiluk National Parks. He is incredibly knowledgeable and deeply cares about giving you the best experience he can. The food was great, the swags are super comfy, and the Toyata Arkana speaks for itself. Will definitely do it again when I am back!
