Yeah are pump last two years national, saw lovely ladies trying best be front and centre for Charters Towers mailing Service, as have had major impact locally due to covid. Much appreciated and great customer service.

The lady that’s always there with the blonde hair and dark painted on eyebrows is clearly on the biggest power trip making customers feel stupid when there’s no one else in the shop then acts different when another customer comes in and is nice to them. Ha she has no people skills..

Poor service. Staff that think they hold a lot of power and authority. Unhelpful or unwilling to assist.
Wouldn’t recommend using this post office. Unhelpful female staff members. Entice poor attitude or rude return from customers due to lack of customer service skills displayed by staff!
Never use this post office again, and very poor reflection of Australia Post Services?

Hope they get shut down eventually. Worst service ever experienced with Australia Post. Don’t think they should be a representative for the service, but whilst they are will never attend Charters Towers again for any postal needs. Would rather drive the hour and a half to Townsville, and people wonder why Country towns lose customers and facilities. Keep it, it that’s the only services you can offer?
Comes up here I gave them the thumbs up, I actually gave an angry, raged face, but doesn’t seem to be displayed on my comment post!
