My Husband and I usually book our own holidays overseas as we find it cheap and easy online, but when we decided to book a last-minute holiday to Italy and France we had no idea where to start. We put our trust in Nicola and were not disappointed. She advised us of the best airline to fly with, the best cities to visit and the best locations to stay in. She booked all our internal train tickets which meant we didn't have to worry about learning how to use the ticket machines. She was there with us every step of the way when we couldn't decide how long to spend in each city. If it wasn't for her knowledge of the area, recommendations of places to stay and visit, and experience with the train systems, we would not have had such a memorable trip. Her knowledge, flexibility, attention to detail, and service is truly "above and beyond"!
