We met Tara early on in our wedding planning journey. Neither of us had attended many weddings or knew anything about planning one, but Tara quickly made sure to provide the support and resources we needed for our planning process.

As the big day got closer, Tara provided even more support and made sure that we had every detail taken care of before the wedding day. She handled all of the communications with our vendors, which took a LOT of the stress off of us and allowed us to focus solely on ourselves during the week of the wedding.

Our wedding day was SO perfect and all of our guests were so impressed with how smoothly the evening flowed.

If you want to work with a day of wedding planner that you will be so confident in, you won’t have to worry about anything on your wedding day, then book Premier Party Planners! From the start, we knew Nicole was the perfect wedding planner for us, as she came highly recommended by other wedding professionals. During our initial consultation, she was warm, welcoming, and more than willing to answer all our questions, making us feel immediately at ease before booking.

Throughout the planning process, Nicole went above and beyond: she provided fantastic vendor recommendations, helped us select rentals while staying within our budget, and worked closely with our other vendors to make sure every detail was considered. She also offered us an inventory of wedding day items we were able to borrow from her, saving us money, including a card box, picture frames, table numbers, a cake stand, and a cake knife and server.

For wedding day coordination, Nicole stepped in two months before our event date, starting with an incredibly thorough questionnaire to capture all the specifics. She asked thoughtful questions to ensure she fully understood our plans, even helping us think through details we hadn’t fully considered. She communicated directly with our vendors, giving us the freedom to focus on other final tasks in the weeks leading up to our wedding day. During our final vendor meeting, she came fully prepared, ensuring every last detail was confirmed.

Before the wedding, Nicole took the time to create a detailed itinerary, communicated it to our family and wedding party, and fielded all their questions, freeing us from any last-minute coordination.

Before our rehearsal she met with us to go through all our decorations to ensure everything had arrived and she knew where everything was and where to place it in advance. Nicole directed our rehearsal with such organization that everyone felt clear on their roles.

On the wedding day, her presence was instantly relieving and calming. Nicole took charge, setting up our decorations, meeting with our ushers and anyone who couldn’t attend the rehearsal, working in sync with our vendors, and making sure everyone understood the timeline. With her event production throughout, it made the entire day smooth and worry-free, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment.

Our guests raved about how flawlessly organized and beautifully detailed the day was, and we couldn’t agree more. Thanks to Nicole and her staff, we had a stress-free, joyful wedding experience, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly to anyone looking for a planner who will truly make their day unforgettable!

She sent out a timeline with plenty of time for all vendors to feel like we were on the same page. Premier Party Planners was one of the most valuable team we had the pleasure to work with for our wedding. Tara was literally our backbone throughout this process of wedding planning. We chose to do day of coordination, but from the moment we booked with her 6 months before the wedding, she was hands on since then. She is kind, patient, supportive and her main focus was us as the couple. She wanted to see us happy on our special day, so she did whatever she could to make that happen. Any time we felt stressed, she had a way of calming us down and helping us feel confident in our decisions.

She is very organized and responds super quick. As a bride, this was so helpful because there were times I needed reassurance about something in the moment and she was always available. Sometimes even at 7am. There were times that she knew what was going on with other vendors before I had a chance of telling her, she is that on top of her game! We were so impressed and grateful we had her as our coordinator. We could not recommend a wedding planner team more than Premier Party Planners. They are a strong team with so much knowledge.

Our wedding day was perfect. We have no complaints. Even with having to do our plan B rain plan, somehow it became our plan A choice the more we spoke to Tara about it. Where do I start to review Tara with Premier Party Planners? First 5 stars are not enough. From the moment my daughter and I met Tara we knew she was just the person for my daughter's wedding. Tara was a calming force in the midst of all things wedding chaos. She was THE MOST organized person I've ever worked with. Tara kept us on a very updated timeline and never let one thing slip. She was with us for almost a year and never failed to check in and update everything as needed. She knows and recommends the BEST vendors. Each one was better and more professional than the next. As the wedding date grew closer and the chaos heightened, we were always calmed by Tara. There was NEVER even one unanswered call or email.
