Shey at Chef link was very accommodating when my elderly mother attempted to by the worlds biggest meat slicer. She was happy to accept the return of said slicer and sell her a marginally smaller one. All with a can do attitude and a smile. Lovely local business even for someone who is not in the hospitality industry.

I called and figured out the price and size before I go. It matched with the website price.
However, they gave me more expensive price than I got informed 2 hours earlier on the phone and also pretend he was giving me an industry discount but don't log in to my account. He said don't need it. In the invoice no part of discount I think he just menually typed in the price.
Always different price as website. And everyone gets different price for the same product. It is depends on who serve you.
I hate this place.
Just feel sad it is the only one option in Cairns.
Better buy in the website than here if you have time.
Never want to go back there.

Wish there was a no star option - ordered 2 short sleeve chef jackets only to be sent long sleeve.

Sent 3 emails over a course of 2 months only to be told they are "looking into it" and they were "in the mail". Didn't even bother replying to the last two emails.

Absolutely shocking customer service, I am disgusted in the way my queries have been handled.

Will not be shopping here again, nor will anyone I know. If you're reading this DO NOT SHOP HERE!
