I have known Anthony for quite some time. His professionalism, expertise and courtesy are outstanding. Anthony has advised, and organised, trips for me around the world, he always was/Is able to provide responses for my queries and equally able to sort out any issues which nay arise e.g. hotel, change flts etc. I have recommended Anthony to many of my overseas friends providing them with dream trips and they in turn have rebooked with him. One example of his expertise is when he booked a trip for a friend of mine to Australia which through no fault of Anthony was a disaster! Firstly she was caught up in a hurricane in Florida when the airport was closed and Anthony managed to rebook her flights and get her to Australia safe and sound. On her third day she fell and broke both arms having to spend 3 weeks in hospital which also involved having to cancel trips that she had booked and flights. Fortunately she had travel insurance but Anthony worked tirelessly getting her refunds liaising with the insurance company and assisting in getting her back to Florida safe and sound. The service he provided the empathy and genuine concern was amazing and something I will be truly grateful for as well as my friend. Anthony deserves every accolade he is a genuinely nice person, a gentle man as well as a gentleman.

Anthony has been helping me for the last 4 years during these very trying times . During this time my Sth America and Mexico trip has changed 3 times
Each time he was able to get me refunds and credits with out too much fuss.
On a recent trip to Darwin Virgin cancelled my flight with only 12 hours notice .
Anthony was able to get me on a Qantas flight within the hour and arranged my refund from Virgin
I highly recommend him for all your travel requirments
He is good to have on your team when things don't go as planned
