The Indian Bloke that runs the place in there seriously needs education with customer service! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! After a simple request for assistance, he blantly ignored me and continued to serve someone else whom came into the store after my request. He was rude and abusive upon exiting the store!!

Warning When you Shop at any 7 eleven within the Illawarra catchment make sure you look at you're receipt as I have had items put on the transaction that I never even asked for.
Also I've noticed the cleanliness of the Shops, Wollongong, Warilla, Albion Park Rail x2 all have seen Roaches running around the coffee machine.

And also I believe the Indian staff are running a scam.

The Indian guy working there doesn't have any manners to talk. Also he was sweating all over, serving customers while having good dirt on his hands. Serving customers while mopping. Really bad influence.
Don't know what kind of a boss hire such people with no ethics

Usually don't have to wait to get coffee. Usually a good selection of hot and cold food snacks. Limited selection of groceries, which are a bit pricely but handy in an emergency

On Friday 13th July about 10.15pm I bought a krispy kreme donut. The guy who was work there was so rude. He looks like an Indian guy with a glasses. He asked me what kind of donut in there and i said it was mixed (assorted and original) and i pleased him to open it to get a right price. He refuse to open and charge me at a price he sets himself.
After that he threw a donut box at me and nearly drop to the floor.
What kind of customer service did he learn!!
I hope the manager would provide him with a proper training on how to deal with the customer.
Very disappointed..
