Meena helped plan our wedding in Italy in May 2024 and made it a huge success!! Having never been to the venue, Meena saved us a ton of time by going there twice and negotiating with the owners, hotels and different vendors - getting us amazing deals. Her creative eye is also one of a kind- she proposed unique places for the ceremony and designed and executed incredible florals. All of our guests were in absolute awe of how beautiful everything turned out. The day ran absolutely seamlessly with Meena at the helm and she made us feel calm and taken care of! We couldn’t recommend Meena enough, especially if you are getting married abroad!

If you are looking to have the best event of your life and not worry about a single thing knowing it will all be taken care of, Meena is your person! Meena planned our wedding from start to finish and we could not have been happier. There was never a “no I cannot do that” from her - she makes it all happen! Every little detail was thoughtfully planned and it exceeded all our dreams. Our rehearsal venue had to cancel last minute and Meena had a new venue contract for us in less than 12 hours. It is truly amazing what she can do with your vision and make it into a reality. She is always available to chat and makes sure to make each client feel special. All of the vendors she suggests are amazing and we did not have one complaint the entire time working with her. She truly listens to what you want your big day to be about and makes it happen! Our guests kept telling us it was the best wedding they have ever been to, and it was all thanks to Meena’s work! We could not recommend Meena more and looking forward to working with her for a lifetime of events!

Trying to arrange a destination celebration in Morocco for 20 people, (especially during a pandemic) may sound impossible, but not for Meena. I was fortunate to be a guest at one of her week-long destination events and it was FABULOUS! From arranging exclusive dinners out, to luxury overnight camping, Meena created a magical experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Meena and her team for any event.

Meena absolutely made everything better than I imagined! I picked up pieces from pinterest, and she put everything together perfectly like she was in my head. My wedding day was rainy and traffic was really bad, but she went out of her way to get through obstacles and made sure I was worry-free and enjoyed the day as a bride. If I could give any newly engaged couple one tip, it would be to hire Meena and her team as your wedding planner! I spoke with numerous wedding planners before meeting with Meena, and no one was as knowledgeable and as confident as she was. It is immediately clear how experienced Meena and her team are at planning the perfect wedding and we knew it was the best match. Meena guided us through every step of the way, from finding our wonderful photographer to getting the most incredible hair and make up team to finding the perfect spot for our first look in Central Park (not an easy task!). The wedding weekend was when Meena and her team really shined! They created an extremely detailed timeline that made everything run so smoothly and all the vendors knew exactly what was going on at all times. I had numerous members of our wedding party comment on how incredible Meena was. She executed my vision even better than I could have ever imagined! Not only is Meena incredible at her job, but her warmth, kindness, and fun personality make it feel as if you are planning your wedding with a friend! I would highly recommend Meena and her team for wedding planning, I truly cannot emphasize how much of an impact they had on making my wedding day exactly what my husband and I have always wanted!

I cannot say enough great things about Meena and her team! Meena was an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped my wedding become a dream come true. She took my Pinterest ideas and went ABOVE and beyond. She helped with every detail and did it with such ease. Even on the day of, she went to the store and bought me new shoes after my mom accidentally threw my dancing shoes away. She even brought my dog to our venue so that our baby didn’t miss out on our big day. My husband and I had a perfect, stress-free day all thanks to Meena. I cannot recommend her enough. My only regret is not hiring her sooner.

Meena and her team made sure our event ran smoothly–no easy feat for a party that was almost 300 people! It was a huge relief to know that we were in good hands throughout the day, Meena was so on-top of everything, making sure everyone was at the right place at the right time and cuing everything from the music, to the announcements, and placing everyone in their proper places for speeches. There was so much that her and her team handled to make sure that everything ran as smooth as possible, and as the bride I didn't have to worry at all. Their attention to detail and timing was so great, and there were even some things the team adjusted or added to make the event ran even more seamlessly. Meena's experience with event-planning really showed since she would tweak the timeline and course of events to make sure everything was efficient and well-timed. She made suggestions to help flow the energy of the crowd better for dances and speeches, making sure to take full advantage of the positioning and attention of the audience best. Our bridal party was also so impressed, they were telling me throughout the whole party that Meena was amazing, and she truly was! Her team was spread out and onsite with all separate parties and making sure we got out on time, took all the items we needed, and coordinated it so my husband wouldn't see me until I walked down the aisle (as we had wanted it). There were so many things that Meena and her team took into account, and I couldn't have imagined what it would've been like if I didn't have them to help me. Thank you Meena, you were great!
