It’s super fun, we enjoy a lot.
We took many beautiful pic and video.
This located at Anna Bay, 2.5hrs from Sydney CBD.
May better to plan a 2 days trip here.

It’s fun if it’s not windy day we got bad experience on windy day all sand on us body, ears, eyes and mouth. We got time to play for two hours but go before that if the bus not full you can go anytime.
Over there no shade from the sun not good for baby or young kids. Make sure you bring sunscreen and sunscreen. From the car park to the point to play around 15-20 by minibus.
When you play make sure you far from another person because it’s easy to get hit by accident.

Sand boarding was fun and the driver guy with long curly hair was awesome really nice.
On the con side, booking through pelago was really unclear which tour company it was, as there are 3 there. So we had to walk from site to site asking. The guy at the actual side was very not helpful, and didn't give much direction as to what to do when we got there aside saying grab a board and stay within the cones. There were no other safety instructions for first timers. He did answer when asked, but seemed like he hates his job. Would have given the experience to this point a 2, if it wasn't for the awesome driver on the way back.
There are public toilets there by, about a 3minute walk.
Go on thongs, as it's best to remove shoes anyway. On a nice day the place us beautiful.

The sandboarding experience was second to none, I’ve been sandboarding in Dubai as well, but this one was better. Big sand dunes and solid hard sand makes it better to sandboard down. I would highly recommend anyone to try it at least once. Great experience and thank you to all staff from 4W drive tours , they were friendly and very helpful.

Great tour operators to organize a fun day trip to the dunes. We booked through Groupon but also a friend wanted to join last minute and they were able to sell tickets right there and then which was awesome.

The sandboarding with Tours R Us was definitely a blast, but the service was lacking. It gets super hot and tiring climbing up the dunes, so we were counting on the water they said would be provided. When we asked the staff up the dunes, they told us to get it from the company stall by the car park. However, when we went back, the stall was closed and they had gone, so we couldn’t get any water. We had to finish the activity without it, which wasn’t great.
On top of that, the guide gave us his attention for about 2 minutes before heading off to nap next to the cones. It felt like the company didn’t really prioritize customer care.

Nothing to complain about. Easy to book. Easy to do. Kids were having a great time. The wind was hectic on our day. Great fun for all ages.
