I am entirely grateful for 402 Events! They gave my husband and I the wedding of our dreams on 8/31/2024. There is nothing that the 402 Team cannot do. Big, small and everything in between, they got your back. They were so much more than our event coordinators they became family. They were able to coordinate and handle literally every part of our wedding even though my husband and I were not even in the same country! My husband was in German while I was in Japan and not once were we stressed. Our wedding was better than our dreams could have imagined, by providing the “twinkle lights” of my dream with thier own globe lights and birch trees. Such a beautiful touch as well as staying with the budget! ✨They are the most kind hearted hardworking people I’ve met, they got your back. We will miss them dearly now that the wedding is over but they will forever be in our hearts. A special thank you to Marley and Alex, we had so much fun. Highly recommend!

We used 402 events for our wedding and they helped us make the day seamless. One item I think may be helpful is a list of everything in scope for the wedding planners. I think I took on a lot of the work myself that I didn't necessarily have to.

Marley and Alex in particular were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would recommend 402 to help plan your big day or a large event, they really knocked it out of the park.

This year was the first time I had approval to utilize an outside firm to support the planning and execution of our company's Annual Event. We’re a very frugal company and typically manage everything in-house to save on costs. This year we didn’t have the internal bandwidth to be able to execute this scale of event but knew it was important to our culture and team to host and thus was able to make a case for external support. I don’t think I’ll ever have to make a case for external support again, as long as I’m booking 402 Events every time. ? The 402 Events team BLEW OUR EXPECTATIONS OUT OF THE WATER.

As someone who has historically managed every element of the Annual Event and due to that, was worried about giving up the ‘control’ to someone else, I couldn’t be more thankful for the care the 402 team showed for this event. They took the time to truly understand the nuances of our events and our overall strategy, then came back with multiple ideas to allow me to still make the call on what was right for the Spreetail team. Throughout the planning process, they kept me well informed but also operated independently where it didn’t feel like I was managing another employee and needed to guide them to the end.

Their value was apparent throughout the planning process but REALLY shined through in the setup and execution of the event itself. It felt bizarre to not have anything I needed to do on event day and I couldn’t be more thankful for that experience. 402 owned every part of the setup and teardown with no need for my involvement. During our event, I was able to enjoy and ‘host’ the event vs. needing to manage the itinerary and vendors - they had it all under control.

I appreciated 402’s professionalism, communication, creativity, and above all passion for creating a great experience for our team. Our team was blown away by our 90s Kickback event and I’ve received multiple requests to ‘copy & paste’ for next year because they had such an incredible time. We’re a 402 Events client for life!

My husband and I couldn't have pictured a more perfect wedding day, and we owe so much of it to 402 Events. With my first year of teaching, and him being in Optometry school 600 miles away, we often worried about how we would be able to accomplish things getting done for our wedding with both busy schedules. We felt as if we 402, we got to enjoy the process of wedding planning rather than stress out about it. 402 allowed us to have connections for options with vendors, called and stayed connected to all vendors, built custom made items we wanted installed for the wedding, kept us calm throughout the wedding day, and of course helped us cultivate the most beautiful wedding ceremony and reception, all while making the day completely seamless! We are so grateful for 402 Events and their team, specifically Alex Hollman and Makayla Weeks. They worked day and night to make sure that come wedding day, it would be picture perfect. We've worked with 402 events on many weddings as videographers/photographers and they are by far the most Detailed & Organized we have seen. They always have the most in depth time lines and communication. They leave no room for any surprised on your wedding day.

They typically have a team of 4-5 people at your wedding with radio communication to make sure your day runs so smoothly behind the scenes. You don't even notice the magic happening.

We absolutely love to work weddings with them as media because if you don't have wedding planners at your wedding other vendors like the media team or your bridal party are forced to fill in those roles. We are at ease knowing we can relax and focus on what we do best in creating. We've seen them retrieve forgotten items like cakes, clothes, and flowers so the wedding party can remain present. They can be a life saver at a wedding.

We have worked with them at many of the top wedding venues like The Palace Event Center, The Zoo, and The Empire Room.
