Impossible to express how much we loved having Jessika as our wedding planner. Not only did Jessika understand and execute our vision beyond our wildest insane dreams, but she also became a friend to us along the way! Let me start by saying I am, for better or worse, difficult to impress and often dream up things that are far from reality --- our wedding absolutely blew us away with how perfectly and above our expectations it turned out to be. It all came together so beautifully and thoughtfully beyond what we could imagine. We received endless compliments from our guests on the design, set up, etc, but mostly for the service that Beth and 36th Street Events provided throughout the day. (Of course, we were fully aware of how wonderful Beth is from working with her over a year and a half to plan and were not surprised that our guests received the same customer service). My husband and I have repeatedly told our friends that hiring our wedding planner was the top item that we would splurge on all over again and again. We got to enjoy all of the planning time and relax the day of because Beth and her team literally handled and managed it all! <3 Can't thank them enough!

We worked with Jodi from 36th street events for our spring wedding at Laguna Gloria. Jodi did a terrific job and was a pleasure to work with - any time I deviated from Jodi's advice re: vendors, I instantly regretted it! She knows exactly who to work with in Austin based on your tastes, and she brought a calming presence to the whole wedding. Additionally, because she owns her own coordination business, the individuals she brings in for your big day are all used to working with her and do a great job. Jodi helped us pull off a fantastic wedding perfectly attuned to our tastes and we could not have done it without her.

There are not words to express how amazing Jodi Wycoff of 36th St is as a wedding planner. She is extremely organized, works well with vendors, wedding party, brides and moms! Her incredible patience and calm demeanor goes a long way in the final weeks. Because of inclement weather, , we had to go to plan B and Jodi had it under control. I don't even know where to start with 36th St Events and especially our lead planner Beth. Firstly, we were planning our wedding from afar (Philly to Austin) and this could have been a nightmare but Beth made every step as easy as possible. We were not familiar with any vendors or event spaces so we were really starting from square 1. Beth's unique ability is that she can turn your thoughts/desires into a VERY organized and prioritized reality. If I wanted disco balls that looked like they were exploding from the ceiling, Beth knew exactly the florist to go to. If I wanted a ranch vibe in the city, Beth easily came up with 5 options and made our itinerary for the one day we were in Austin to see everyone. I didn't have to speak to a single vendor (unless of course I wanted to!) because Beth dealt with EVERY logistic (and even logistics I didn't know existed!). Leading up the wedding we had monthly calls with Beth during which she would tell us what we had accomplished and what we needed to do next. We always felt cared for and heard and she just understood us so well. The day of the wedding is when she REALLY shined!! Everything was so incredibly organized and she was prepared for every possible misstep - high winds - no problem! She reorganized our chuppah into a gorgeous floral arch, moved our welcome table and stand so it didn't blow over, and made sure guests were seated promptly. I forgot to buy chips for our dip for my pre-wedding gathering Didn't even notice because Beth's team had already made a run for us to the grocery store without being asked and bought them and set them right next to the dip! Ran out of tequila? Obviously no problem - extra bottles appeared like magic. She shuttled us around and made sure we got every picture, video shot, were always in the right place at the right time, and made sure everything ran smoothly. It was the best day of our lives. We cannot thank Beth enough. If you're even considering getting a planner - you better ask for Beth ASAP because she will book up fast!!!!
