12th tee actually know how to deliver clean comfortable inviting accommodation for humans whilst still allowing pets!!! Who would have thought that was possible.!!! We’ll be back again . Location was great for golf.

Mel and Grant were lovely hosts for our overnight stay enroute back to Brisbane.
The room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable.
The bedroom had a very comfortable king sized bed, and a very spacious and clean bathroom.
The living area opened onto a lovely outdoor patio and garden area, where we enjoyed a cup of tea and breakfast in the morning before heading back on the road.
They provided a generous serve of milk and a small juice, with a coffee maker and tea supplies.
The television was a decent size, and worked well.
The impression overall was very clean, and very comfortable, and Mel's communication was warm and welcoming.
Definitely recommend for your stay in Bargara or if passing through!

I miss this place ! Sky and I had a ball...she even had her own pool.If you want to take your pet somewhere and spoil them, this accomodation is pet friendly! Toys and dog Bowles and little doggie doors and gates for the doors and a big back yard.Wow we loved it !! The place is extremely clean and so comfy! I recommend 12th Tee any day of the week and will definitely be back !!!

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve through to Boxing Day here in the West 2 room. The place is very well thought out and clearly pet friendly in design. From the welcoming paw prints in the entry way to the Genius! concrete floors, and food and water bowls in the main room, it's clear that a lot of thought has been put into making this place great for pet owners. A simple but effective half kitchen, with microwave, fridge, and sink allow you to store and heat leftovers. Good ventilation and around 5 minutes walk to the beach. Only thing I personally missed as a writer, was a desk, but it's a compact space.

We stayed here three night and are so happy with our acomodation.
All separate bedroom, lounch-kitchenette and bathroom.
Parking on the property.
No noice and close to shops and restaurants.
Good big bed with good linen and towels.
Clean and tidy, lots of pots snd pans to use.
There was not much to choose for breakfast but be thought for the price we paid we can not complain.
Hope we could get back again one day to this nicely decorated little apartment, just perfect for our Bundaberg rum tour…..

Wonderful stay at 12th tee, Beautiful clean rooms and friendly staff. Especially Mel who, even though we stayed in the one bedroom west Villa that didnt have pool access, was so accommodating and allowed us to use the pool and even brought us extra towels! Love visiting Bargara and will not be staying anywhere else after discovering this gem!!

I am so annoyed that Mel wasn’t up front with an explanation the East 1 had no laundry facilities (we booked for 2 weeks) and no access to the pool! The website shows a lovely pool onsite! Despite two emails from her and a phone call to her, the day before we were to arrive. We may not have been so disappointed if the owners were open with us from the beginning! Anyway just a heads up for anyone wanting to stay here. We won’t be staying here again!

Two stays now and will again should we return to Bargara. Coffee, tea and fresh milk waiting for you and just across the road Is Woolworths if you want to buy the makings for dinner or take-away outlets if you don’t.
Host Mel a fountain of local knowledge and happy to help with anything you want to know about the coast. Thank you Mel and 12th tee for another great stay.
Our puppies ( princesses) thank you also for the comfort.
