A really friendly pair of young ladies, and occasionally Cheryl, who is also very amiicable, is there as well. Nothing is too much trouble and they have always attended to our queries and tours in an expediant manner. Never have we been told it's too hard and we would highly reccomend them to anyone wishing to spread their wings and see the world.

The worst ever! Valerie is always filled with excuses why she doesn't return emails until multiple days later. I needed to change flight days while I was overseas, and she finally emailed me a week later, and it was after the day that I needed to travel on. I had to send her numerous emails to get anything back from her. If you want TERRIBLE service, use them.
