We had our wedding morning breakfast catered by 100 Mile Foodie and it was so delicious. We loved the yoghurt pots and the salmon bagels especially but everything was fantastic. Marlene was extremely helpful and great to deal with. Can't wait to pop in to the cafe for more goodies in the future.

915am on a saturday, no one in store and took 10minutes for the gentleman to make 4 drinks..
The entire time the younger female staff member sat at the counter typing away on her phone instead of assisting to speed up the slow service, even once i left she remained at the counter phone in hand for another 5mins.
Perhaps in future have staff disappear to the back to stand around doing nothing.
Also the maker of the coffees probably needs one himself to wake up abit

100milefoodie is a wonderful business & my client loves going to his social group every weekend. They run some really cool activities in a nice social environment, in which my client has now made some new friends. Every Saturday he can’t wait to go back to see his friends in the group! This is all thanks to the work that Marlene and her amazing support workers do! Keep up the great work!

Unprofessional and disgusting communication.
The most rudest voice message from Marlene was left on my phone regarding an unpaid invoice that the plan manager hadn't paid. When phoning Marlene back to inform her that I am following it up, she was extremely rude, talked over me and yelled at me about this invoice. It was the most ridiculous argument, completely unnecessary and Marlene was unhinged.
As somebody, who is doing my best to manage my brothers NDIS services, this is the last thing I needed.
Never have I been spoken to in such a disgusting manner.
As the owner of this company, you need to do better Marlene.

Additional information on how unprofessional this company is:
My brother attended one cooking class. He phoned 2 hours prior to the class to confirm the address. He was informed that the class had been cancelled, even though it wasn't. We still got invoiced for the class and I had to rectify this with them.
Another class was then scheduled. The class went well, however my brother had to pay for the ingredients and there wasn't any communication about this prior. Emails were sent from the support co-ordinator asking if ingredients had to be paid for and it took them over a week to reply.

The food at this place is amazing!!!
All homemade and full of flavour. Just delicious.
My son is coeliac and the gluten free options were also homemade, fresh and yummy (which is rarely the case).
The people are absolutely lovely.
I’m not local but it’s worth the travel

Marleen and her concept of business is amazing and the quality of food and ingredients send out in the packs is of a very high standard.

It saddens me to write this part of the review, recently my daughter had a chef come to our home and the safety around oil and water was not performed and not to mention teaching my daughter the correct ways of safety in the kitchen, my daughter has an intellectual disability and requires clear messages especially around safety, when approaching this with Marleen via email it was ignored and not addressed to myself via email or phone call, the first email from Marleen was about finding a new chef and asking for more hours of support. She was not happy as i declined a chef to come into my home due to the anxiety myself and my daughter have with at this stage I did provide with the constructive critism and honestly for the next email to be refusal of services going forward. This is extremely unprofessional Marleen and I am extremely disappointed with this outcome as i concerns where no listened to at all.

this support worker/chef has let myself, my daughters and Marleen down by not following the safety aspect of her job, as much as this is Marleen's business i don't not find her accountable as she trusts her staff to do the right thing when in clients home. I just hope Marleen you are able to reflect on your approach to this matter and not treat other family's that are asking for safely in there home and also provide a fair opportunity to voice there concerns.
