Eric was such a gracious trip organizer. I had this trip with three children, usually this is a tough task when the kids are very young. But he managed to make everyone happy. He was also ver accommodating and gave us some tips having good look in the city. I recommend his service to anyone who plans to visit Melbourne.

Fun play Melbourne is such a wonderful organization, they are so responsive and answered our questions patiently before the trip. Eric is so nice and experienced. He took so many photo of us and always think of the best way to let us enjoy the tour, eg he gave advices on food and things to buy in the supermarket and even gave us some tips about living in Melbourne based on his experience. We enjoy the tour so much, it was a really worthy travel experience.

這趟旅程最棒的選擇，就是參加到兩日翻玩墨爾本的行程。
這次的體驗，與之前澳洲旅遊的經驗完全不同！
尤其是PYS的蒸汽火車及BOP月光動物園和企鵝島，親身與近距離的體驗，都讓人印象深刻難忘！
更感謝Eric在前往企鵝島的這天，準備了毛毯讓我們能夠更保暖！
可惜這次沒有參加到大洋路的行程，希望之後有機會再訪能參加到！

因為是出差開會，只有一天可以參加tour，很幸運有跟上彩虹小屋+月光保護區+企鵝島的行程，Joey安排行程跟確認非常仔細，不可置信的還幫我們訂到了企鵝島地下觀景台。Eric對於行程的掌握非常熟悉，當天行程非常的豐富但玩起來又很放鬆，讓我們在一天內好好的感受了澳洲的動物跟環境，孩子們非常開心，我自己下次再去或是親朋好友去墨爾本，一定會再提早預約Fun Play Melcourne，謝謝Eric跟Joey這次的安排~下次見~
